In 2020 we celebrated our 30 year anniversary. It’s hard to believe that since 1990 we have been delivering excellence in the meat wholesale and foodservice trades. We provide retail butchers as well as the educational, healthcare, quick serve and hospitality sectors. Our team of educational and NHS specialists focus on providing industry leading products where they are needed most.
Our people challenge themselves daily to achieve high standards in customer service, operational delivery and technological innovation. A team of 50 people collaborating across all departments, from transport to buying, from marketing to sales and from nightshift to driver and then to your door.
Our main depot is in Needham Market, Suffolk. We operate across East Anglia as a regional business always considering local sources of food and how our carbon footprint effects the environment. Our catering butchery team are based not far from our main hub in Bramford near Ipswich. It’s there where the team provide the finest cuts of meat, from dry aged steaks to mince beef and our very own range of sausages.
Here at Brook Street, technology is at the heart of our operation. We are continually innovating our warehouse process to ensure we achieve high standards through the goods in and out process. Our warehouse management system allows for voice controlled goods in and picking process which means we can control and monitor our teams output. This also give the team autonomy to work the end to end delivery process without the need for paperwork and endless red tape. We cut through all that providing us with an outstanding customer service reputation.
