Haddock (Fish), Salt, Colours: Curcumin, Annatto
This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

Poach: Place desired amount of fillets into a frying pan or large saucepan. Add water to fully cover the fillets (optional milk & butter). Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, do not boil ? ensure pan does not boil dry.

Grill: Pre Heat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush both sides with oil and place on base of a grill pan or grill tray. Grill for 15-20 minutes (depending on size of the fillet) ,turn halfway through cooking.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas mark 6. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, turn halfway through cooking.
