Ingredients
Vegetable Fat (Palm), Dried Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Emulsifiers E471, E472(b), E472e, Milk Protein, Stabiliser E340ii, Salt, Flavouring, Colour E160(a).
Preparation
Using only clean utensils add the required amount of Roselle Topping Powder to cold water and mix until well dispersed. Whip on medium speed and then on high speed until sufficiently firm for piping. Once whipped keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Reconstitution Rates - 1kg powder to 2 litres of water, yield 8 litres. 500g powder to 1 litre of water, yield 4 litres, 125g powder to 250ml of water, yield 1 litre.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep bag tightly closed and use within 4 weeks
