A two layer gateau made with chocolate flavoured sponge cut into 2 slices and layered with stabilised chocolate cream. Decorated with 18
stabilised chocolate cream rosettes and finished with chocolate flavour flakes and side-masked with chips of chocolate flavour coating.

Stabilised Chocolate Cream (35.50%) [Dairy Cream (MILK) (26.5%), Water, Dextrose, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Dried BUTTERMILK, Glucose, Stabiliser (E407)], Sugar, WHEAT Flour (with Calcium
Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Whole EGG, Water, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (4.5%), Palm Oil, Raising Agents (E450i, E500ii), Skimmed MILK Powder, Whey Powder (MILK), Emulsifiers (E471, E475,
SOYA Lecithin), Modified Potato Starch, WHEAT Flour, Stabilisers (E415, E412), Dextrose.
For best results remove all packaging whilst product is still frozen and place on a serving plate.
Defrost for approximately 6 hours or overnight in a refrigerator at 5°C. Alternatively remove
the required number of slices from frozen product and defrost each slice on a plate at 5°C for
approximately 2 hours. Once defrosted store in a refrigerator (5ºC) and consume within 24
